All shipments are processed once received and uploaded to the portal.
Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, airline delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
Air freight is charged at a flat rate of $4,700 for up to 10 lbs.
Packages weighing over 10 lbs will be charged $500 per additional pound.
Charges are based on actual weight or volumetric weight (whichever is greater), if applicable.
Additional fees may apply for oversized, overweight, fragile, or special-handling items.
Storage fees may apply to packages not collected within the specified timeframe.
Payments must be made in full before items are released.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Customers are responsible for ensuring items shipped comply with all local and international laws.
We do not accept prohibited or restricted items, including but not limited to hazardous materials, illegal substances, firearms, perishables, or flammable goods.
Any prohibited items discovered may be confiscated without refund.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, processing fees or inspection fees imposed by authorities.
We are not liable for items seized by customs due to false declaration or restricted contents.
While we handle all packages with care, we are not responsible for:
Manufacturer defects
Improper packaging by customers
Minor cosmetic damage to boxes
Claims for lost or damaged items must be reported within _3_ days of receipt.
Compensation for lost packages (if applicable) will be based on declared value and subject to company policy.
Valid identification may be required upon pickup.
Packages must be collected within _14_ days to avoid storage fees or disposal.
If a tracking number shows as “Delivered” but the package has not yet been uploaded to the customer portal, customers must allow up to fourteen (14) business days for investigation and location of the package.
During this period, we will conduct internal checks with our warehouse and carriers. We ask for patience as this process cannot be expedited.
Packages may experience delays due to carrier scanning errors, warehouse processing time, or incorrect labeling.
If a package is delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address due to customer error, a Bad Address Fee will apply for correction, retrieval, or reprocessing.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
